Dancing On The Moon is a true story. The song speaks of a vision that I will never forget.

I was seventeen years old and asked by a new friend to come over for a visit. I arrived early, so I parked across the street from the house and was taken by what I saw...

Through the screen door I saw two people dancing in the kitchen. Beyond them was a streetlight shining through a window. That light reflected onto the floor in such a way that it looked as though they were dancing on the moon. I heard them say goodbye. Later that night, I wrote this song.

Dancing On The Moon tells the story of ones first true love, the one never forgotten. How powerful when it arrives, and how ever lasting when it ends.

88 (Heather) takes this song, that I wrote on acoustic guitar, to an etherial place with piano and an arrangement of cello that stirs my soul.
